Cookie Policy
Last updated 12 July 2026
Most websites open with a banner asking you to accept cookies. This one does not, and there is a simple reason for that.
We do not track you
This website sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, we do not use the Meta pixel, and we do not load third party trackers of any kind. Nobody is following you around the internet on our behalf.
What we do use
Only what is strictly necessary to make the site work. These cookies do not identify you and are not used to profile you.
- Website platform cookies. Our website software sets a small number of cookies that are needed for the site to function, and for our own team to sign in and manage it. If you are simply reading the site, these do nothing to you.
- Performance and caching. Our host caches pages so they load quickly for you. This does not identify you.
Under the rules that apply in the United Kingdom and the European Union, strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent. That is why you are not being asked for it. If we ever add analytics or advertising, we will ask you first, and you will be able to say no.
The chat assistant
Our chat assistant stores nothing in your browser. It sets no cookie and keeps no history on your device. What you type is sent to our server so a reply can be generated, and the Privacy Policy explains that in full.
The field guide
Our field guide sits on a separate address, guide.grenadaconcierge.com. If you enter your email address there to receive the guide, that is handled by our email provider and is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Managing cookies yourself
Every browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block them. Look under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking the cookies described above may stop parts of the site working properly, but it will not stop you reading it.
Questions
Email [email protected] and we will answer plainly.
