Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 October 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you enquire with Grenada Concierge, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. We have written it in plain English rather than legal language, because you should be able to understand it without help.
Who we are
Grenada Concierge Inc., company registration number 2024/C168, trading as Grenada Concierge, arranges stays, tours, charters and transfers in Grenada. We are the data controller for the information described here.
- Address: Petit Valley Road, Lance Aux Epines, St. George, Grenada

- Registered company: Grenada Concierge Inc.
- Company registration number: 2024/C168
What we collect
We only ask for what we need to plan your trip. We do not buy personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles.
- When you use the enquiry form: your name, email address, travel dates, the number of guests, the experience you are interested in, and anything you choose to add in your own words.
- When you use the chat assistant: the messages you type, along with any details you give it such as your dates, party size and email address.
- When you download the field guide: your email address, so the guide can be sent to you.
- When you simply browse: standard server records kept by our host, such as the pages requested and the time of the request.
Please do not send us passport numbers, card details, medical information or anything else sensitive through the enquiry form or the chat assistant. If a booking genuinely needs such information, we will ask for it separately and securely.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry, check availability with a local partner and prepare a quote. Our basis is that you have asked us to take these steps before entering into a contract with you.
- To arrange and take care of your booking once you have confirmed it. Our basis is performance of that contract.
- To send you the field guide, and any follow up emails about it. Our basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link.
- To keep proper accounting and booking records. Our basis is our legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in being able to answer a query or a dispute later.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed, and never more than is required to do the job.
- Our local partners. To check availability we normally pass only the date, the number of guests and the experience requested. Your name and contact details are shared only where a partner genuinely needs them to deliver the service you have booked.
- Our service providers. These process data on our behalf under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes.
The providers we rely on are Hostinger, who host this website; Cloudflare, who run our enquiry and booking service and store its records; Anthropic, whose service generates the chat assistant replies; Resend, who deliver our email, including the field guide; Meta, whose WhatsApp Business service we use to message you and our partners; Fygaro, who take card payments on their own secure page, so we never see your card number; HubSpot, where we keep our record of enquiries; and Microsoft, who provide our email and hold our encrypted backups.
The chat assistant is worth a word of its own. When you type a message into it, that message is sent to Anthropic so a reply can be generated. Please keep that in mind, and treat it as you would any online form.
Where your information goes
We are based in Grenada, and the providers above operate in the United States and Europe. This means your information will be transferred outside Grenada, and outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data from the UK or the EEA, we rely on the standard contractual clauses offered by those providers.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that never became a booking are deleted after 18 months.
- Booking and payment records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for accounting and tax purposes.
- Field guide subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to us using it. You may also ask us to send it to someone else in a portable form, and you may withdraw consent at any time where consent is what we rely on.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. There is no charge. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union and you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to complain to your data protection regulator. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and enquiries are sent to us over an encrypted connection. Our access keys are held on the server and are never placed in the pages you load. No system is perfect, but we take care of your information as carefully as we take care of you.
Children
This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. Where children travel with you, we collect their details from you as the responsible adult, and only what a booking requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so plainly rather than hoping you do not notice.
Contact us
Any question about this policy, or about your information, can go to [email protected]. From touchdown to departure, and everything in between, we take care of your every need.
