Terms and Conditions
Last updated 12 July 2026
These are the terms on which we plan, arrange and take care of your time in Grenada. They apply to every quote we send and every booking we confirm. Please read them before you pay, because paying confirms that you accept them.
Who we are, and what we do
Grenada Concierge Inc., company registration number 2024/C168, of Petit Valley Road, Lance Aux Epines, St. George, Grenada, trading as Grenada Concierge. We plan your trip, we book it, and we take care of you from touchdown to departure.
In most cases the experience itself is delivered by a local partner we have selected and work with. We arrange it on your behalf and we remain your single point of contact throughout. You deal with us, not with them.
Quotes
- Every quote is valid for 7 days from its date. After that, availability and rates may have moved and we will need to requote.
- A quote is not a booking. Nothing is held for you, and no supplier is committed, until we have received payment and sent you a written confirmation.
- All experiences are subject to weather and to supplier availability.
Payment
Payment in full confirms the booking and locks in every supplier. We do not operate a deposit model. Until payment reaches us, your dates are not held.
Cancellation by you
If you need to cancel, tell us in writing at [email protected]. The date we receive your written notice is the date we use.
- The supplier’s cancellation policy applies. Each experience is delivered by a local partner, and each partner sets its own cancellation terms. Those terms are quoted to you in full in your proposal, before you pay. They decide what can be recovered.
- Your refund mirrors the partner’s. If the partner refunds the cost of your experience in full, we refund what you paid, less the fee below. If the partner refunds part of it, we refund the same proportion of what you paid, less the same fee. If the partner refunds nothing, there is nothing to return to you.
- A 5% transaction fee always applies. A transaction fee of 5% of the total you paid, or USD 10, whichever is the greater, is retained in every case and deducted from any refund due.
- Charters and yachts are strict. Partners in this category commonly require the full price within six weeks of departure, and refund only if the yacht is re-sold. Read the terms in your proposal carefully before you pay.
The fee is not a penalty. It covers what our bank and our payment provider take on the money you send us, which they keep even when a payment is refunded, and which varies with the type of card used. Without the fee we would fund that cost ourselves on every cancelled booking. It applies whoever cancels and for whatever reason, and it is calculated on the total you paid, because that is the sum we were charged on. Beyond that fee, we do not profit from a cancellation, and we never keep our planning fee on a trip that did not happen.
Worked example. On a booking of USD 1,000, if the partner refunds in full you receive USD 950, being everything you paid us less the 5% fee. If the partner refunds half, you receive USD 450, being half of what you paid less the same fee. If the partner refunds nothing, there is nothing to return to you. This is exactly why we recommend travel insurance, every time, to every guest, and why we say so in every quote.
Changes by you
Tell us as early as you can and we will do our best. Where a change is possible we will make it at no charge beyond any difference in the cost of the experience itself. Where a partner treats the change as a cancellation and a rebooking, the cancellation terms above will apply to the original booking.
Changes or cancellation by us
Grenada is an island, and the sea and the weather have opinions of their own. If an experience cannot safely or sensibly go ahead, we will tell you, and we will offer you a suitable alternative or another date at no charge, which is almost always the better outcome and costs you nothing. If you would rather have your money back, we will refund you on the same basis as above, less the transaction fee, for the reason given.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, curtailment, medical care, and any activity you intend to take part in. Some experiences, including diving and sailing, may require it. It is your responsibility to arrange it.
What is not included
Unless your quote says otherwise, our prices do not include international flights, travel insurance, personal incidentals, meals that are not listed, or gratuities, which are always at your discretion.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate names, dates, flight details and guest numbers, and tell us promptly if they change.
- Hold valid passports, visas and any health documentation required for entry into Grenada. This is your responsibility, not ours.
- Tell us about any medical condition, mobility need, allergy or dietary requirement that could affect an experience, so that we can arrange it properly.
- Arrive on time. Where you do not, a partner may not be able to hold the experience, and it may be treated as a cancellation under the terms above.
- Behave with reasonable care and respect toward our partners, their crew and their property.
Liability
We select our partners with care and we hold them to a standard. Where an experience is delivered by a partner, that partner is responsible for delivering it safely and competently, and their own terms and any waiver they ask you to sign will apply to the activity itself.
We are responsible for arranging your booking properly and for taking care of you throughout. We are not liable for loss or damage that we could not reasonably have foreseen, for events outside our reasonable control, including weather, sea conditions, strikes, closures and acts of government, or for anything you book directly and independently of us.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount you paid us for the booking concerned.
If something goes wrong
Tell us at once, while you are still on the island. Most things can be put right the same day if we know about them. Email [email protected] or telephone +1 473 417 1197. If you are still unhappy afterwards, write to us and we will respond within 14 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Grenada, and the courts of Grenada have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones in force on the day we confirmed it, and we will always send them with your confirmation.
